So I did the research, made the mistakes, and built a different path, one that I now share with women who want to stop feeling behind and start building something lasting.
The Decision That Started It All
I spent over a decade working in risk management and finance; suits, boardrooms, reports, the whole thing. I was good at it, too. But when I became a mom, I realized I couldn’t give 100% to both my career and my kids at the same time. So I made the tough call to step away.
No regrets. I traded spreadsheets for playdates and carpool lines, and for years, that’s where I poured my energy. But when my daughters got older and started thinking about the futures.
My education journey began with what I thought would be a simple checklist: create a will, name a guardian, maybe set up a trust. But as I dug deeper into estate planning, I discovered a whole new world of legacy wealth—one that went far beyond just preservation.
I began to understand how the truly wealthy think about wealth, not just as something to save or spend, but as something to optimize, and grow. I started diversifying our portfolio, investing in real estate, and building a team of experts. I also made plenty of mistakes, and learned from every one of them.
Now, I help other women avoid those costly missteps and create sustainable, generational wealth with the right foundations, strategies, and support.
